1. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and protect your account credentials and API keys. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Contact us promptly if you become aware of unauthorized use.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to distribute unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, malicious, phishing, hateful, harassing or otherwise harmful content. You may not bypass usage limits, probe or interfere with our systems, abuse APIs at scale, or disrupt other users.
We may restrict, suspend or remove QR codes, files, API keys or accounts that we reasonably believe are being used in violation of these Terms. We may also respond to valid legal, regulatory or law-enforcement requests where required.
3. File QR codes and public links
Links generated for file QR codes may be accessible to anyone who obtains the link. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and distribute the file and for selecting an appropriate audience. CraftMyQR does not represent file QR links as a confidential document-distribution mechanism.
4. Payments, plan periods and refunds
Paid plans are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew. A one-month plan is valid for 30 days from purchase, and a one-year plan is valid for 365 days from purchase. When a paid period ends, plan access returns to Free unless you purchase another paid period. Prices, taxes and included features are those shown at checkout.
Our 7-day Money Back Guarantee applies to an initial purchase of a Pro or Business plan. You may request a refund within seven days of that purchase by contacting us through the official support channel using your registered email address. Repeat purchases, clear abuse, violations of these Terms, or unusually high consumption of scan or file resources may be excluded from the guarantee except where applicable law requires otherwise. Duplicate charges, technical failures and other billing disputes should also be reported through the official support channel.
5. Plan limits and feature changes
Dynamic QR code counts, monthly scan limits, analytics history, file-size limits, API access and team features may vary by plan. Some features may pause or become limited when usage thresholds are reached. We may adjust plans and features, but we will provide reasonable notice of material changes that affect existing paid users.
6. Service availability
We use reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, third-party outages, network attacks, force majeure events or limitations of pre-release features may cause temporary unavailability. You should keep independent copies of important source files, QR settings and business data.
7. Intellectual property
You retain your rights in content you submit and grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, protect and provide that content as part of the service. CraftMyQR's software, brand assets, site content and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Termination and data handling
You may stop using the service or request account deletion. After an account is terminated, dynamic links, file links and API access may stop working immediately. Any remaining data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy, backup cycles and applicable legal obligations.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as our product, legal requirements or operations change. Continued use of the service after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
